Step 1:

Go to the official UIDAI website using any web browser or click on the link- https://uidai.gov.in/. 

Step 2:

Now from the homepage click on the ‘Contact & Support’ section.

Step 3:

Then Tap on ‘File a Complaint’ mentioned under the Grievance Redressal Mechanism option.

Step 4:

Select your complaint type as ‘Operator & Enrolment Agencies (Enrolment ID is optional)’ or ‘Aadhaar not Generated ( Enrolment ID is mandatory)’.

Step 5:

Then go to the ‘Personal Detail’ section, and provide your Enrolment ID (EID) and time of enrolment.

Step 6:

Enter your contact details.

Step 7:

Provide your PIN Code and select your village / town / city.

Step 8:

Then select type of complaint and specify the category.

Step 9:

Then you will have to write about your concern or issue in the provided field.

Step 10:

You will then have to enter the Captcha code and click on ‘Submit’.

Step 11:

After the 10th step you will get a 14 digit Complaint ID number, which can be used to track your complaint status.

Step 12:

You can track your complaint status by clicking on ‘Check Complaint Status’ under the ‘Contact & Support’ section.
