Hero Motocorp Launches the Xtreme 160R Stealth 2.0 Edition at Rs. 1.30 Lakh
Hero Xtreme 160R Stealth 2.0 Edition launched at a sticker price of Rs. 1.30 lakh (ex-showroom); The special edition gets enhanced styling and a host of smartphone connectivity features; Mechanical Package remains unchanged.
In order to fully utilize the sales potential of the festive season, Hero Motocorp has introduced the Xtreme 160R Stealth 2.0 Edition in India. At Rs. 1.30 lakhs (ex-showroom), this special edition gets an exclusive mysterious matte black shade along with ‘Hero Connect’ features. For reference, the regular Stealth Edition is priced at Rs. 1.23 lakh (ex-showroom).
Hero Xtreme 160R Stealth 2.0 Edition: What’s Special?
The special edition adds some exclusive touches to the two-wheeler’s overall styling. The mysterious matte black shade coupled with prominent red accents on the telescopic fork, frame, and pillion grip works well to give a sporty appeal. Along with this, the Stealth 2.0 Edition gets a belly shroud which sits in symphony with the bike’s overall design and the functional knuckle guards add to the protection.

In terms of equipment, the special edition features the ‘Hero Connect’ smartphone connectivity technology. It gives a wide range of alerts to keep the rider updated about their vehicle such as Geo-Fence alert, Speed Alert, Topple Alert, Tow Away Alert and Unplug alerts.
Hero Xtreme 160R Stealth 2.0 Edition: Powertrain and Key Details
The Xtreme 160R Stealth 2.0 Edition continues to be powered by a 163cc air-cooled BS-VI compliant engine, punching out 15.2 bhp and 14 Nm of peak torque. The engine is mated to a 5-speed constant mesh gearbox and the bike can do the 0-60 kmph sprint in just 4.7 seconds.
Apart from this special Stealth 2.0 Edition, the Hero Xtreme is available in 4 distinctive paint schemes, namely Matte Black, Pearl Silver White, Vibrant Blue and Sports Red. The suspension duties on the Xtreme are done by 37mm telescopic forks at the front while the rear gets a 7-step adjustable mono-shock. The braking department is handled by a 276 mm front petal disc and 220 mm petal disc at the rear and comes equipped with single channel ABS. The lower variant gets a 130 mm drum setup for the rear wheel. The bike uses a Tubular Diamond construction and sports a kerb weight of 139.5 kg.
