- Currently, Jio does not offer the option to convert a physical SIM into a digital SIM online.
- Users are required to visit a Jio Store or a Reliance Digital outlet to activate Jio eSIM.
- During the activation process, Jio representatives will request the IMEI number of the eSIM-compatible phone, which can be obtained by dialing *#06# on the phone’s keypad.
- Users will need to complete a Customer Acquisition Form (CAF) with relevant details at the store.
- The provided details will be utilized to generate a QR code, similar to Airtel’s process, for Jio eSIM activation.
