Huawei Pocket 2 is officially launching on February 22

0 29

Huawei is launching the Pocket 2 this Thursday, the company announced on its Weibo profile. The date is not a coincidence – the number two version with two circles is arriving on the 22nd day of the 2nd month. Sadly, it does not fall on Tuesday; otherwise the tongue-twister would’ve been complete.

The official teaser pretty much confirmed the leaked renders of the flip foldable were true – one circle for the cameras, and the other for external display. The arrival is a bit earlier than expected, as some rumors suggested the Pocket 2 will arrive alongside the P70 flagships.

Specs-wise, we know pretty much nothing about the new phone. We can expect a Kirin 9000S chipset, which Huawei uses in all its premium devices these days, HarmonyOS 4.0 out of the box, and a bigger battery. We hope the company will tease more details in the three days leading up to the event.
