Hyundai India Creta mid-size SUV base E variant converted into SX variant [Video]

The Hyundai Creta is the most popular SUV in the mid-size segment and the model comes with a decent number of variants to choose from. A ton of buyers in the country opt for the top-spec model as it comes loaded with features from the factory. However, there are other people who get the base variant and customize the car according to their preferences. Recently another such video of the conversion of the base E variant to the top-of-the-line SX variant has been uploaded on YouTube.

The video of this conversion of Creta E to SX has been uploaded by none other than Vig Auto Accessories on their channel. Vig Auto Accessories has shared multiple videos of the conversion of different cars from base to top variant and this is the newest one from the shop. The presenter of the video starts in front of the fully converted Creta. He mentions that the customer to which this Creta belongs came all the way to their shop from Hyderabad. He stated that the car had only 5,000 kms on the clock when it came to their shop and the customer did not even purchase floor mats for the car because he wanted to get the job done only at their shop.

Following this, he starts off with the description of work that they have done on this Creta which he dubs the “Creton” – a mix of Creta and its elder SUV sibling the Tucson. The presenter mentions that they have added the unique 18-inch diamond cut alloy wheels that are seen in the Tucson in this particular Creta. He then adds that they have also added gun metal grey colored skid plates on the sides of the car as well. Furthermore he mentions that they have given the car a dual tone look with Garware’s high gloss black PPF on top which they have extended till bootlid. He also mentions that the side panels on the top half of the car have been taken from Creta Knight Edition.

Following this he moves to the front of the car and shows the newly fitted Trio of LED headlamps and DRLs and the gun metal grey colored grille with chrome accents. Moving on he shows the skid plate at the bottom of the front bumper and then also shows the side mirrors with LED DRLs. He then goes all the way to the rear and mentions that as they have swapped the headlights they have also changed the taillights and have added a shark fin antenna as well.

The presenter then moves to the interior of the car and states that they have also added the 60:40 split rear seats and have added dual tone seat covers finished in black and white. He then states that they have also added floor mats as well charging sockets for rear passengers. He also shows the new infotainment system from Sony and states that they have added 4 Sony ES series components as well. Towards the end he mentions that the most unique element of this car the Tucson alloy wheels cost Rs 13,000 each.
