The ‘Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind’ and ‘The Truman Show’ actor Jim Carrey enjoyed his 62nd birthday celebrations with a star-studded get-together in Los Angeles, USA. He was joined by a host of Hollywood famous friends, including close pal Adam Sandler. The Ace Ventura actor dined at San Vicente Bungalows, reports Mirror.co.uk.

Amongst the group was Dustin Hoffman and US talk show legend Jimmy Kimmel. Also in attendance were fellow comedians Seth Green, Bill Burr and Jeff Ross as they ate at the popular nightspot loved by Jennifer Aniston and Sandra Bullock. As per Mirror.co.uk, Jim, whose actual birthday isn`t until January 17, was pictured carrying gifts from his party, as well as a celebratory cake from the restaurant. He was pictured leaving the famous eatery with a big pink box.

The New York Post further states that Kimmel’s appearance at Carrey’s party came as Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers suggested the late-night host would be included on the list of Jeffrey Epstein’s associates, which was released this week. Kimmel’s name did not appear on any of the legal docs.

In 2017, Carrey memorably appeared on ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live’ and called out the Illuminati, which he claimed Kimmel, 56, knew a lot about.

Meanwhile, Sandler, 57, appeared on Kimmel’s show in 2020 and recalled calling Carrey from the movie theatre to tell him how funny he was in ‘Sonic the Hedgehog’.

“I called Carrey from the theatre. I was telling him how funny he was while it was going on. I didn’t know it was going to be the last movie I ever saw at a movie theatre,” he said, referring to the Covid-19 shutdowns.

Meanwhile, in 2022, the actor had spoken about retiring. When revealing his plan in an interview, the actor said that he feels he`s “done enough” after nearly five decades of his career, reports aceshowbiz.com. During a conversation with Access Hollywood, the 60-year-old actor said, “I am retiring. I am being fairly serious.” He went on to explain, “It depends. If the angels bring some sort of script that`s written in gold ink, that says to me that it`s going to be really important for people to see, I might. I might continue down the road, but I`m taking a break.”

“I really like my quiet life, and I really love putting paint on canvas, and I really love my spiritual life, and I feel like — and this is something you might never hear another celebrity say as long as time exists — I have enough,” Jim continued.
