I have recently given a Personal interview for Josh Technology Group (Software Quality Analyst). And I will tell my experience through this article. There are five rounds for the Josh Technology Group company selection process for (Software Quality Analyst).

  • Resume Shortlisting
  • Online Test
  • Technical Interview 
  • HR round

Resume Shortlisting: My Josh Technology Group’s company interview was on-campus in online mode. First, my resume was shortlisted and Then the children whose resumes they had shortlisted, they are in online mode for further processing.

Online Test: Josh Technology Group company asked questions from the topic

  •  aptitude
  • reasoning
  • programming
  • coding
  • HTML
  • CSS
  • JavaScript
  • SQL
  • networking    

Questions related to the topics mentioned above were asked in online MCQ mode in the POD.ai Hiring platform. And those who will qualify for the online test will be eligible for the next round.

Technical Interview: It started with an introduction And I gave my introduction. After that, he started asking me questions from

  • HTML
  • CSS
  • SQL 
  • API’s.
  •  Basic Knowledge in at least one programming language: Java, C/C++, C#, python.
  • AWS
  • Git
  • any PaaS like Heroku
  • Data structure and algorithm

Those who will be shortlisted in the technical round will be eligible for HR.

HR Round:  Josh Technology Group HR round tests the candidate’s character, attributes, and features, which helps to determine whether the candidate is appropriate to the Josh Technology Group work culture.

Then my interview was over. My interview lasted at least 40 minutes. The overall interview experience is good. Learned a lot of things during this interview.
