Leaked Moto G04 renders reveal its design, colours, and 16MP rear camera

Motorola is working on an entry-level phone named Moto G04. The phone’s renders have leaked revealing its design characteristics, 4 colour variants, and dual rear cameras out of which the primary module appears to be a 16MP sensor. Here’s everything we gather from the Moto G04 renders.

 Moto G04 design and colours

  • Moto G04 shows up in four colours in the renders leaked by MySmartPrice. They are blue, orange, black, and green. The company could give them some fancy names.
  • We get to see the phone from different angles. Up front, there is a centrally-located punch hole cutout. The bezels are mainly noticeable on the bottom side.

  • The rear side has a dual camera setup and the primary one seems to be a 16MP shooter backed by AI. The camera mesa looks slightly elevated from the rest of the body.
  •  Overall, the phone appears to have a flat design. This includes the squared-off edges.
  • The right side has all the buttons including the power one and the volume rockers.
  • The left side has the SIM Card tray.
  • The bottom side has a USB-C port, speaker vent, and microphone opening.
  • The top side has a 3.5mm headphone jack and a Dolby Atmos branding.

The Moto G04 design looks in line with the Moto G24 and Moto G24 Power design. The latter’s renders also had leaked recently. We saw it in 2 colours. It also has two rear cameras led by a 50MP sensor. The camera plateau looks similarly jutted out. Its front also has a hole punch cutout and a rather thick chin.

So, it looks like Motorola is going with the flat-edge design on all its devices. There are some obvious changes in design aspects between the lower-end and premium models.

From a Geekbench listing leaked some time back, we learned that the device could come with Android 14, MediaTek Helio G80/85 SoC and 8GB of RAM in one of its variants. We are yet to witness something like this about the Moto G04.
