Lil Baby Shares Reaction to White Rapper Who People Think Sounds Like Him

0 63

Lil Baby has offered his take on Lil Man J, a white rapper who is having a bit of a viral moment thanks to a song that makes him sound a lot like Lil Baby.

Since dropping it on YouTube last week, rapper Lil Man J garnered himself a minor viral moment with his song “Cap Freestyle.” Many highlighted how his flow and general tone of his voice sound very similar to Lil Baby’s own music, which prompted the track to gain attention across social media. At one point on the track, Lil Man J even compares himself to the My Turn rapper.

“Trying to be Black, I’m as white as can be / I’m the white Lil Baby, no one harder than me,” he raps on the track.

When our Generation Music posted about the track, as can be seen below, it prompted a response from the Atlanta rapper himself.

“Is this a joke or he serious?” wrote Lil Baby in the comments, suggesting he’s not too impressed by the imitation.

Hopefully Lil baby doesn’t let the imitation bother him too much, as it is often considered the sincerest form of flattery, after all.

Last month, Lil Baby returned with the song “U-Digg,” which saw him join forces with Detroit rappers 42 Dugg and Veeze. It was also recently hinted by his The Voice of the Heroes collaborator Lil Durk that he could have another joint record on the way.
