Following the death of Lil Keed and their arrests on RICO charges, Lil Gotit has offered updates on Young Thug and Gunna.

In a post shared on his Instagram Stories on Sunday, the close collaborator of YSL Records said he had a chance to speak with Thug and Gunna on Saturday. “Talked to @thuggerthugger1 yesterday,” wrote Lil Gotit. “Keed u fucked him up with this one but we know you guarding him through these times and make sure he gone be alright. We da proud family can’t nothing stop us.”

In a second post on his IG Story, he added that Gunna is “good” but “sad” following the events YSL has been through the past week. “Talked to @gunna he good just sad what’s goin on with twin but everything gone be in our favor,” he added.

Lil Gotit confirmed the death of Lil Keed, his brother and YSL member, over the weekend. A cause of death has not been revealed. “Can’t believe I seened u die today bro I did all my cries,” Gotit wrote in a post on Instagram. “I know what u want me to do and that’s go hard for Mama Daddy Our Brothers Naychur and Whiteboy.”

On May 9, Thug was taken into custody after his home was raided by law officials. The rapper has been charged with conspiracy to violate the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act, and was among 28 YSL associates named in the 56-count indictment. Other charges in the indictment include murder, armed robbery, and possession of controlled substances and weapons. Gunna turned himself in to authorities the following day, and is also facing a RICO charge.

Thug’s attorney, Brian Steel, recently told the court that the rapper has been subjected to “dungeon-like” conditions in jail, which violates his constitutional rights.
