It is not a volume seller for Maruti; however, in India, Jimny has already found a space in the garage of many enthusiasts. It is an extremely capable 4×4, and here we have a video where a Maruti Suzuki Jimny is seen rescuing a Land Rover Defender and Mahindra Scorpio SUV stuck in snow.
The video has been shared on Reddit. In this video, we see a Land Rover Defender stuck in snow after it slipped away from the track. The SUV, because of its size and dimensions, was unable to pull itself out. The Maruti Jimny was probably present at the spot and decided to rescue the luxury SUV. Land Rover Defender is an extremely capable SUV, but on snow, even the best SUV and experienced driver may get stuck, as you don’t have control over the surface.
Snow is an extremely tricky surface to drive on, and if your vehicle loses grip, the chances of getting stuck or crashing into the shoulder of the road or another vehicle are pretty high. Both Mahindra Scorpio and Defender only needed a slight pull from the Jimny so that they can get out of the pit, gain momentum, and continue to move forward.
