The Range Rover has always remained a quintessential inclusion in the Jio Garage. It was only a matter of time before the all-new generation of the flagship Land Rover was going to get added to India’s most prestigious car collection. Now, according to a YouTube video, the all-new Range Rover has finally been included in the Jio Garage helmed by India’s richest person, Mukesh Ambani. But there’s a twist – there’s not one, but two new Range Rovers which have been added to the fleet.

In a YouTube video from CS 12 Vlogs, we can the two new Range Rovers bought by Mukesh Ambani rolling on the roads of Mumbai. The SUVs have been pictured while being driven in the dense traffic of Mumbai, with one Range Rover behind the other. Both these new Range Rovers added in the Jio Garage are in the same shade of Fuji White.

A further investigation based on the registration numbers of these SUVs reveals that these two new units of Range Rover added to the car collection of Mukesh Ambani are the 3.0 LWB SE diesel variants. The SUVs are registered in the name of Reliance Industries Limited, which is the parent company owned by Mukesh Ambani.

Long wheelbase version

The 3.0 LWB SE is the long wheelbase version of the mid-spec SE variant of the Range Rover, which is powered by a 3.0-litre six-cylinder diesel engine. In this variant, this 3.0-litre diesel engine from the Ingenium family of engines from Land Rover claims 350 PS of maximum power and 700 Nm of maximum torque outputs. Here in this particular variant of the Range Rover, this diesel engine is paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission and channels the power to all four wheels via a four-wheel drive system. Apart from this 3.0-litre diesel, the new Range Rover is also offered with 3.0-litre petrol and 4.4-litre petrol engine options in its expansive lineup.

Range Rovers are used as a security cars

The Range Rover has always been one of the most loved and preferred vehicles in the Jio Garage, especially the fourth-generation model which was replaced by the all-new model in 2022. This particular generation of Range Rover is a common sight in the security convoy of Mukesh Ambani, which has a few units of the flagship Land Rover SUV.
