New render on video reveals India-bound hatchback car
Suzuki is already testing the fourth-generation Swift on foreign shores, and needless to say, Maruti Suzuki will bring this all-new version of the Swift soon after its global debut. While the official unveiling of the new Swift is still some miles away, the car has been spied under trial runs, raising anticipation levels among car lovers. Here’s one digital rendering of the new Swift, which gives us a hint of how the car will turn into reality once it hits the production floors.
The said rendering has been made by Evren Ozgun Spy Sketch, who has imagined the fourth-generation Swift based on the hints from the test mules of the new Swift undergoing trail runs in fully camouflaged forms. The rendering artist here has imagined the front look of the new Suzuki Swift, which undeniably looks sharper and sleeker than the current-generation model.
2023 to become sportier
Starting with the front profile, this digital rendering of the new Suzuki Swift gets a wider and sleeker-looking fascia. The front grille here has an angular and stretched design, which makes it look sharper than the large open-mouth-like grille with a chrome slat in the present-gen Swift. The upper side parts of the front grille extend towards the headlamps, which also look slimmer than the sweptback headlamps of the current-gen model. However, these slimmer headlamps also get possibly LED projectors within them.

The design rendering also shows that the front bumper of this new Swift has a sportier-looking design with aggressive-looking air intakes on the corners of the front bumper, which also come integrated with daytime running LED strips. Here, this rendering gets the same design for the side profile, though the rear door handles have moved towards their conventional position on the door panels, and are no more integrated into the C-pillars.
The digital rendering artist has also tweaked the rear profile of the upcoming Swift in his imaginative attempt. While the design of the boot lid looks very much like the current model, the tail lamps have become smaller but angular in their appearance. With new inserts and a curved crease flowing between the tail lamps across the boot lid, the Swift in this rendering does look bolder.
One must note that this rendering is just an imagination of how the new Suzuki Swift will turn out to be and is not the official design outcome. Some of these design highlights may make their way into the production version. Talking about the India-spec version, the fourth-generation Swift will get the same global-spec design but will continue to be offered with the current 1.2-litre four-cylinder K12C Dualjet petrol engine with 5-speed manual and AMT gearbox options.
