Samsung is releasing a new version of its experimental platform Good Lock. The company is rolling out Good Lock version 2.2.04.58, which brings a handful of fixes and improvements.

The official changelog for Good Lock version 2.2.04.58 mentions UI improvements, although it doesn’t go into detail. It also updates the Chinese translation and improves badge logic. Again, details are a bit scarce. Here’s the official changelog:

  • Bug fixes and UI improvement
  • Chinese translation update
  • Update badge logic improvement

As usual, you can update Good Lock via the Galaxy Store. Just open the app, tap the “Menu” button, and access “Updates.”

Good Lock doesn’t do much by itself but acts as the launch pad for various experimental plugins that can change the way One UI works and looks.

If you want to use Good Lock, sadly, Samsung continues to region-lock this experimental feature. But thankfully, the company brought Good Lock to more markets late last year, including Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Denmark, Mexico, Norway, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Sweden, Thailand, the Czech Republic, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Finland, Malaysia, and the Netherlands.

Samsung may plan to expand availability to even more regions, but so far, Good Lock is not accessible across the entire Europe and Latin America.
