  •  The new Vivo smartphone has been spotted with the model number V2342 on Geekbench. This model number is associated with the Vivo V30 Lite and Vivo Y100 based on the Bluetooth SIG listing. 
  • On Geekbench, the new Vivo phone is running an octa-core processor with an Adreno GPU and maximum clock speed of 2.80GHz. This suggests it could be the Qualcomm Snapdragon 685 SoC. 
  • The Vivo V30 Lite/Vivo Y100 4G has scored 478 points in the single-core test, and 1543 points in the multi-core round. 
  • According to the list, the smartphone will come with 8GB of RAM and run Android 14 out-of-the-box. 
  • We’re expecting more information on the new Vivo phone to be revealed soon.

As the name suggests, the Vivo V30 Lite is expected to be a more affordable version of the Vivo V30 series that launched in India just yesterday. It includes two phones in the lineup — Vivo V30 and V30 Pro. 

Vivo V30 series

Vivo V30 5G is priced at Rs 33,999 for the base model, while the Vivo V30 Pro has a starting price of Rs 41,999 in India. In terms of specs, the Vivo V30 series features a 6.78-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Vivo V30 is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC, while the Pro model ships with the MediaTek Dimensity 8200 chipset. 

The Vivo V30 has a 50MP primary sensor, and a 50MP ultra-wide camera at the back along with a 50MP front camera. With the Vivo V30 Pro, you get a 50MP primary camera, a 50MP portrait camera and a 50MP ultra-wide camera. There’s a 50MP front camera for selfies. On the software front, both phones run on Android 14 with Funtouch OS custom skin out of the box. The two phones also pack a 5,000mAh battery with 80W fast charging support.
