Nissan Magnite: Over 1 Lakh Units Sold in India, AMT Model Charm Continues

Nissan has been witnessing positive sales for the past few months, all thanks to newly added trims. While sharing the sales figures, the brand claimed that it has sold more than 1 lakh units of Magnite.

It has been informed that the overall sales also have been contributed by the AMT model as well. It was launched last year, allowing the customer to have a few more options in terms of transmission.

Engine and Price

It was offered with 1.0L naturally aspirated petrol engine, paired with a 5-speed automated manual transmission. It was released at the introductory price of Rs 6.49 lakh (ex-showroom).

The AMT avatar also features the same design structure as the normal Magnite, featuring a similar headlight setup, fog lamps, overall road appearance, and rear profile. Even most of the notable features were carried forward. The list includes a multi-functional steering wheel, automatic AC, parking sensors, high-speed alert and whatnot.

Meanwhile, the mid-size SUV was launched in 2020 at the introductory price of Rs 4.99 lakh (ex-showroom). It was offered in both 1.0-litre naturally aspirated petrol and 1.0-litre turbo-petrol unit. The former one generates a max power of 71 BHP and 96 Nm, while the latter one churns out a max output of 99 BHP and 152 Nm.
