0 15

It seems like OnePlus is planning to announce four smartphones in H1 2023, at least based on a new rumor. This information comes from Yogesh Brar, a tipster who shared the info on Twitter.

He says that OnePlus is working on a “leaner portfolio for 2023”, like “most brands”. Usually, the company would introduce more phones in the same period, that’s for sure.

OnePlus is seemingly planning to announce four smartphones in H1 2023

The tipster did share a list of phones that are coming. Those phones are OnePlus 11, OnePlus 11R, OnePlus Nord 3, and the OnePlus Nord CE 3. The first phone already launched in China, and its global launch will follow on February 7.

The OnePlus 11R will also launch on February 7, while the other two devices will follow in the coming months. The tipster also shared the SoC that will fuel these smartphones.

For the OnePlus 11 and OnePlus 11R, we basically already know the answer. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 fuels the OnePlus 11, while OnePlus confirmed that the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 will fuel the OnePlus 11R.

The OnePlus Nord 3 is tipped to include the MediaTek Dimensity 8200 processor. The OnePlus Nord CE 3, on the other hand, will seemingly include the Snapdragon 695 SoC.

The company’s foldable(s) may arrive in H2 2023

OnePlus is, of course, planning to announce more phones in the second half of the year. The OnePlus 11T is almost certainly coming, and the company’s first foldable is also rumored. Well, two of the company’s foldables are rumored.

OnePlus trademarked two names for such devices, the OnePlus V Fold and OnePlus V Flip. Those two names seemingly stand for a vertically-folding foldable, and a clamshell-style foldable.

Nothing guarantees that they’ll launch this year, but that’s what’s rumored at the moment. Both of OnePlus’ sister companies, OPPO and Vivo, already launched foldable devices thus far, so… OnePlus certainly has the means to do it.
