SamMobile offers a dedicated “News for you” section whenever you visit our homepage on your Galaxy phone or tablet. This section contains news pertaining to the Galaxy device you’re using, and we created this quality-of-life feature to help readers find relevant news faster and easier.

If you’re visiting SamMobile using the new Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24+, or Galaxy S24 Ultra, you might notice that the “News for you” section defaults to news concerning LG instead of your new phone. There’s an easy fix for this, and you can start getting Galaxy S24-related news in a jiffy by clearing SamMobile cookies and site data in your mobile browser.

We can’t do this at our end because cookies and site data are stored locally on your device. You have control over this data, and you can get our “News for you” section working as intended in just a few steps.

To help you get this done quickly, we have embedded a couple of short YouTube videos below, where we quickly demonstrate how you can clear SamMobile cookies and site data in Google Chrome and Samsung Internet.

Note that you will be logged out of our website once you clear this local data on your Galaxy device, and if you have a SamMobile account, you will want to log back in after following these steps.
