Unveiled at the Motoverse 2023 event in India, the Himalayan 450 comes with a host of upgrades and enhancements over its predecessor.

The Himalayan 450 lineup includes four variants— Base, Pass, Summit, and Hanle Black, with prices starting from Rs 2.69 lakh (ex-showroom) for the Base variant. Enthusiasts looking for additional features can opt for the Pass variant at Rs 2.74 lakh, the Summit version at Rs 2.79 lakh, or the Hanle Black variant at Rs 2.84 lakh (ex-showroom).

Contrasting with the now-retired Himalayan 411, the latest iteration features expanded dimensions, an extended wheelbase, and a heightened ground clearance of 230 mm—an increase of 10 mm. Accommodating riders of different heights, the seat can be adjusted from 805 mm to 845 mm.

Unveiling its prowess for adventure, the Himalayan 450 boasts a suite of features including an LED headlamp, LED turn signals and brake lights. Constructed on a robust twin-spar tubular frame, the motorcycle incorporates cutting-edge suspension components from Showa, featuring 43 mm upside-down front forks and a linked-type mono-shock at the rear. The braking system is robustly managed by front and rear disc brakes, further reinforced by a dual-channel ABS system.

The bike flaunts a state-of-the-art circular TFT instrument console seamlessly integrated with Google Maps.
