Today, the Galaxy A04e has started getting the April 2023 security update, and surprisingly, it has received this update faster than many high-end and mid-range Galaxy phones.
The latest software update for the Galaxy A04e comes with firmware version A042FXXS2CWC3. It brings the April 2023 security patch that fixes over 60 security and privacy flaws, and some of them were highly critical. The update might also include other bug fixes and device stability improvements. Don’t expect the new software to bring any new major improvements or features.
