A new tweet now suggests that the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S24 flagship series could now get improved hardware under the skin. The tipster claims that the Samsung Galaxy S24 and Galaxy S24+ could get more RAM in the figure of 12GB instead of the usual 8GB. The base storage option could also be boosted to 256GB.
The Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra which will be the most expensive device out of the lineup is expected to be equipped with up to 16GB of RAM. This variant could be paired with 512GB or 1TB of internal storage. Samsung could continue to offer a 12GB RAM base variant as is the case with the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra.
A Korean report suggests that the upcoming flagship series from Samsung for 2024 could also feature an Exynos 2400 chipset-based variant (via: MySmartPrice). The Exynos 2400 SoC could get a 10-core CPU with one Prime X4 core, two Cortex-A720 gold cores, 3x Cortex-A720 silver cores and four Cortex-A520 efficiency cores. However, reliable tipster Ice Universe has nullified such rumours suggesting that the chances of such are next to none.
