A new art exhibit is now available on the Samsung Art Store for The Frame lifestyle TV. Thanks to Samsung’s new partnership with LIFE, The Frame customers can now acquire 20 new photographs from the LIFE Picture Collection.

The famous LIFE Picture Collection contains more than 10 million photographs of historical significance, but for obvious reasons, Samsung couldn’t add the entire library of 10 million images to its Art Store.

Instead, the company curated 20 photographs from the collection and added them to the growing archive of art galleries available on its growing platform. Samsung picked subjects such as Pablo Picasso, West Coast California surfers, and more.

An ever-growing collection of analog art pieces translated into digital

At the moment, the Samsung Art Store hosts more than 2,000 art pieces, ranging from photographs and paintings from independent artists to artworks from world-renowned collections and museums.

To make the user experience that much more pleasant, Samsung’s 2022 The Frame lifestyle TV includes a two-month subscription to the Samsung Art Store. After the complimentary two months, customers can choose to subscribe to the Art Store for ~$5 a month or choose a yearly subscription.

Alternatively, The Frame users can buy individual art pieces in digital format from the Art Store for around $27 each.

The Frame 2022 model was announced at CES 2022. It has an anti-reflective matte finish to reduce glare and make digital art look that much more realistic and close to life. The Frame is available in sizes between 43 and 75 inches.
