Shiba Inu Founder Deleted His Blog and Tweets, Is This Bad News?

0 86

Bitgert is among new crypto projects that have left Shiba Inu miles behind in terms of product delivery.

Key Points:

  • Ryoshi has taken a cue from the Bitcoin founder by leaving the Shiba Inu community
  • Unlike Bitcoin founder, Ryoshi leaves the community when the cryptocurrency is on one sharp downward trend.
  • Shiba Inu is still facing tough competition from the likes of Bitgert and many other real utility new crypto projects.

Shiba Inu Founder, who goes by the pseudonym Ryoshi, has finally made his saying that one day he might “disappear” come true. He has joined the Bitcoin founder, Satoshi Nakamoto, to become another anonymous crypto coin founder that disappeared without a trace.

He left the Shiba Inu community and deleted all his tweets and blogs. The Twitter handle that goes by @RyoshiResearch has all the tweets deleted. The bio from his Twitter account has also been erased.

Technically the founder has completely disengaged from the Shiba Inu community. All Ryoshi’s personal blogs have been deleted this week. According to Coinquora, the SHIB link from the Medium platform and all Ryoshi’s blogs have been removed. Therefore, almost everything associated with the founder, who has also been anonymous all this time, has been wiped out.

However, this move has been met with varying reactions from the Shiba Inu community. Despite the lead developer, such as Shytoshi Kusama, assuring the community that the project will carry on just as planned, there are concerns about the future of the coin. This is due to the poor performance of the SHIB coin over the last 6 months.

The exit of the Shiba Inu founder comes at a time when Shiba Inu is facing one of the steepest downward trends since it launched. He leaves the project when SHIB has dipped 87% from the ATH as of writing.

The major developments that the Shiba Inu team has been promising, including Shiberse (the metaverse project) and Shibarium (layer-2 solution), have not been released.

Ryoshi exits when Shiba Inu is still facing tough competition from the likes of the Bitgert (BRISE) project. As a meme coin, Shiba has been unable to compete with real utility projects like Bitgert. In fact, a lot of selling SHIB investors have been joining Bitgert. This includes the Shiba Inu whales that are buying and accumulating Bitgert BRISE this year.

Bitgert is among new crypto projects that have left Shiba miles behind in terms of product delivery. Though Bitgert is almost a year younger than Shiba Inu, the Bitgert fast delivery and disruptive Bitgert products have made Bitgert a very attractive coin. That’s why Bitgert remains one of the coins giving Shiba Inu tough competition.

The bottom line is that the exit of Shiba Inu’s founder might wobble the coin price a bit, but it may not have a big impact on the project, just as Satoshi Nakamoto did on Bitcoin. The team behind the project will keep pushing its development. However, the biggest challenge for the Shiba Inu project is not Ryoshi but developing a crypto project that can beat the likes of Bitgert competition. Bitgert might continue to increase SHIB’s selling pressure.
