Swizz Beatz has revealed how his son, Egypt, produced Kendrick Lamar’s “untitled 07,” off his 2016 Untitled Unmastered project, when he was only 5 years old.

During his visit to The Jennifer Hudson Show, Swizz playfully admitted that he was jealous his son earned such a huge credit, especially when he thought he was “cool” with K. Dot. According to the legendary Ruff Ryders producer, Egypt and Lamar developed a bond at a past Super Bowl game when the child helped the pgLang rapper combat his writer’s block.

“He and Kendrick were talking for, like, 40 minutes,” Swizz told Hudson. “I went over and said to Kendrick, ‘Is he bothering you? Should I move him? Are you enjoying yourself?’ He said, ‘No, Swizz, I had writer’s block and what Egypt is telling me is helping me deal with something. I was like, ‘Man, he’s five years old.’ To this day, I still don’t know what he was helping him deal with. I let it happen.”

The conversation led to Egypt getting an opportunity to produce a song for Kendrick that ended up being “untitled 07.” Egypt later joined his dad on the show and revealed his musical aspirations aren’t that strong, though.

“I love music but I don’t really want to be a musician. I want to be a basketball player,” he told Hudson before explaining how music comes to him. “It’s fun because I like playing stuff, so when I hear it and I’m like, ‘Oh I want to play something,’ then boom, it’s on the piano.”

Egypt is Swizz’s second child that he shares with his wife Alicia Keys. They have another son, named Genesis, who’s 8 years old. He also has a 14-year-old daughter named Nicole with singer Jahna Sebastian, a 16-year-old son named Kasseem Dean Jr. with his ex Mashonda Tifere, and his eldest child, Prince Nasir, 22, with Nicole Levy.
