Veteran actor Casey Kramer died at the age of 67, Variety. She was the daughter of film director Stanley Kramer. According to her relatives, she died at her home in Chicago, on December 24. RAMONA, Calif. —  Pat Casey, a star BMX rider and X Games medalist, died last week while attempting a jump on a motocross bike at a private track in San Diego County, authorities said.
