Whole Foods Market leases distribution center near Denver airport

Whole Foods Market has signed a lease for a 137,000-square-foot distribution center in the HighPoint Elevated industrial park under construction near Denver International Airport. CBRE, a commercial real estate services and investment firm, said Thursday that it arranged the lease on the center, which will serve Whole Foods stores across the region. Uber drivers won't just have easy access to Tesla cars when they want to switch to EVs. Ford and Uber are launching an expanded Drive pilot program that provides a flexible Mustang Mach-E lease to rideshare drivers in Los Angeles, San Diego and San Francisco. Operators pick leases in one- to four-month increments, and get their Mach-E within two weeks. After that, they use a Ford Drive app to handle payments and maintenance. Corvus Coffee leases in RiNo for fifth location

Idaho Springs brewpub Westbound & Down has leased a new warehouse in Louisville to bring customers more beer. The brewery is moving its supply to the 4,907-square-feet space at 1849 Cherry Street for added cooler space, storage and meeting areas. Jake Gardner, director of brewing for Westbound, said the company hopes to be fully moved in by June — just in time for peak beer season. “This will be focused on keeping a wider variety of beers available,” Gardner said. “We have more space, and we can make more beer.”…
