Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi’s sub-brand, Redmi, has announced its plans to expand its product portfolio with the introduction of the brand’s first tablet—the Redmi Pad—in India. The company took to Twitter to confirm the launch date of the upcoming Redmi Pad. The tablet will be launched on October 4 at 12 noon.
