tcs: TCS reports dip of 5,680 employees during December quarter
The headcount in the December quarter fell by 10,669 compared to the year-ago period.

Milind Lakkad, chief HR officer, said as the employees are back in offices, the company expects to be back to its “normal operating mode by the end of the current fiscal year.”

For the quarter ended December 2023, Lakkad said attrition is trending down and is at 13.3% which “is now in our range of comfort”. The voluntary attrition for the previous quarter stood at 14.9%.
