Tecno has released a new teaser video that shows how the LED lights on the POVA 5 Pro light up. It’s a short 14-second video on Twitter where we can see the rear design of the smartphone with the LEDs lighting up in at least five different colours. On the POVA 5 Pro, the LED lights are three strips meeting at one point. There’s also a tiny one visible at the centre of the rear panel, and it’s part of what looks like a circular design.
Tecno is calling this the ‘Arc’ interface but it hasn’t revealed the LED lights’ functionalities yet. But the teaser does confirm that the LEDs will light up during an incoming call. We’re expecting the LEDs to sync with the smartphone for more features notifications and charging. The same is implemented on the Nothing Phone (2) and the upcoming Infinix GT 10 series that is also incorporating LED lights. The teaser also shows the rear cameras placed on the top-left corner of the smartphone.
In terms of specifications, the Tecno POVA 5 Pro is expected to come with a 7,000mAh battery and 68W fast charging support. Tecno POVA 5 Pro will be the second smartphone in the series after the POVA 5 that launched in select markets. Tecno is expected to launch both phones in India but it hasn’t announced the release date yet.
