I applied through the job postings on the website where in I was asked to submit my resume.

Then There were 2 Rounds in total:

  1. Video Screening test
  2. Interview Round

Video screening test

This was conducted on the Jobsoid platform. The questions were displayed on the screen, and we were given 30 seconds to prepare ourselves before the video recording started. We had 1 minute to answer each question. The time limit given was 1 minute to answer the same.

Basic questions were asked like Introduction, The projects you’ve done, Your tech stack, and Family background.

A few days after submitting the video screening test, I received a call from HR for the physical interview round at their HQ.

Interview round

The interview was conducted by a Panel including HR. It was a group interview with other 5-6 students from other colleges.

We were asked to introduce ourselves followed by a quick Q&A on the projects you’ve done. Then, we were asked some general questions, such as the advantages and disadvantages of work-from-home culture, and the pros and cons of AI tools like ChatGPT.

After that, we had a group discussion on the topic “Low Code: Threat to developers?”.

After the GD they were asking some general questions like Why are you choosing IT as your career during this time? ( it was during IT recession when many firms were laying off employees)

Overall it was a great and unique experience as this was my first time.
