The Weeknd Shares Live Video of “Die For You,” Earns Another Diamond Cert

0 29

The Weeknd has shared a live video for his Starboy album cut “Die For You.”

The visual previews his HBO special, The Weeknd: Live at So-Fi Stadium, which is set to air later this month. The singer and HBO announced the new concert special earlier this month, seemingly to make up for the L.A. show he had to cancel during his last tour when he lost his voice.

In addition to the live video, The Weeknd’s song “Earned It (Fifty Shades of Grey)” has just earned a Diamond Certification from the RIAA, becoming his fifth Diamond single alongside “The Hills,” “Starboy” with Daft Punk, “Blinding Lights,” and “Can’t Feel My Face.” He’s now only the fourth artist to have five or more Diamond certifications.

The Weeknd: Live at So-Fi Stadium will debut on Feb. 25 at 8 p.m. ET and will also be available to watch on HBO Max. Watch the video for “Die For You” up top.
