Varun Dhawan takes an autorickshaw to commute in Mumbai

Varun Dhawan is one of the upcoming actors in Bollywood industry. The actor has played several roles in many movies like Badlapur, Kalank, Dilwale, Jug Jug Jeeyo and so on. Like many other actors and actresses from the industry, Varun Dhawan also has a luxury lifestyle. He is often spotted with luxury cars and SUVs but, recently we have been seeing a trend among the young stars of Bollywod where they are spotted with humble cars. In this case, actor Varun Dhawan took things to the next level. He chose an autorickshaw to commute in Mumbai.

The video has been uploaded by Cars For You on their YouTube channel. According to the video that has surfaced online, the actor was seen at Juhu area. He can be seen posing for a selfie with a fan whom he met inside the residential complex. It looks like the photographers were not allowed inside the gated society and were waiting for the actor to show up. After posing for the selfie, the actor gets into the autorickshaw and it looks like his personal guard was also with him. The auto starts moving towards the exit gate and the photographers start running around.

As the autorickshaw approaches at the gate, Varun Dhawan waves at the photographers and he asks some of them to be careful abou the other vehicles on the road. The photgraphers and videographers run with the autorickshaw for some distance and after some time, Varun Dhawan asks the driver to not stop and go ahead. The actor did not get out and pose for pictures or videos. We have been seeing this trend lately on the internet where young celebs are chosing humble cars and other modes of transport to move around in Mumbai.

Before Varun Dhawan, Actress Sara Ali Khan was spotted in a Maruti Alto 800 hatchback. She has been spotted with the hatchback several times. Similarly, actress Shraddha kapoor was also seen in a Maruti Vitara Brezza diesel few months ago. Varun Dhawan has decent number of cars in his garage. He owned luxury cars like Mercedes-Benz GLS 350d SUV, Land Rover and Audi Q7  in his garage. He was also gifted a Mahindra KUV100 when he was the brand ambassador for the vehicle. We are not sure whether the cars that we have listed above are still there in his garage. Few months ago, the actor also bought himself a brand new Mercedes-Benz GLS SUV.

Other than cars, Varun Dhawan has also been spotted riding motorcycles. He is one of those actors from the industry who owns a Royal Enfield Classic motorcycle. The video does not share why Varun Dhawan did not take his car and chose an autorickshaw instead. This is not the first time, actors have done something like this. In 2018, Hollywood actor Will Smith came to India for a leadership summit. While he was enjoying his stay in the country, the actor decided to drive an autorickshaw around the hotel where he was staying the video instantly became viral on the internet.
