Krafton has added a new limited-time crate to its popular battle royale — Battlegrounds Mobile India. Dubbed Ocean Friends Crate, it comes with new in-game items like skins, accessories and more.

Ocean Friends Crate being an Ocean-themed crate, comes with aquatic-inspired skins and items. Which includes Manta Ray Set, Frog Prince backpack, and other legendary outfits.

Krafton has confirmed that the first Ocean Friends Crate is now live for all BGMI users at a discount of up to 70%. To get the crate drop, players can avail of the first opening at 18 UC, down from the original price of 60 UC. Alternatively, players can also choose to open the crate 10 times for a discounted price of 540 UC, down from 600 UC.
Krafton has also announced a new Guard Crate recently. The crate is also available alongside the newly announced Ocean Friends Crate and it includes stylish Crescent Princess Set, the Red and Green Soldier Sets, the Slayer Bear Head, and more.
BGMI’s comeback
Meanwhile, Krafton India announced the comeback of the game in India, after the government of India lifted the ban on a three months trial basis. Soon after the announcement, minister of state (MoS) for Electronics and IT, Rajeev Chandrasekhar clarified that the decision to allow the video game to return to the country will only be taken after three months of a strict trial of the game.
“This is a three-month trial approval of BGMI after it has complied with issues of server locations and data security, etc,” Chandrasekhar said in a tweet.
