Just before forwarding the media to any other user on WhatsApp, the feature will pop up on the bottom of the screen to allow you to choose if you want to remove the caption or simply forward it.

Step 1:
First of all, open your WhatsApp and go to the chats from which you want to forward the image with its caption.

Now, tap and hold the image to forward.

It will open the list of contacts to share. You will also see an image along with a caption at the bottom of the screen that you may want to share. Here you will have to choose whether you want to remove the caption or simply forward it.

Now, select the contact and tap on the share icon.
