Although it will be based on the Tata Nexon sub-compact SUV’s interior, it is believed that the company will be offering this model with more premium materials. The Curvv coupe SUV will get a layered dashboard as seen on the Nexon facelift, which includes sleek air conditioning vents, gloss black elements, and other elements. It will most likely also get features such as a sunroof, steering-mounted controls, and a wireless smartphone charging pad.

Featuring a massive 12.3-inch touchscreen display, the Curvv will feature support for wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. It will also get a 10.25-inch digital instrument gauge cluster, which will display all the essential information needed by the driver. The car will also get new touch-based controls for the automatic climate control system. It will also get a 360-degree camera and a number of other safety features as well. As of yet, it has not been confirmed, but the Curvv could also get ADAS as well.
Versatile Powertrain Options
As confirmed by Tata Motors, the Curvv will be first launched with an all-electric powertrain. It will be based on the new Tata Acti.ev platform. As of yet, it has not been confirmed which battery pack options it will get. However, some reports have suggested that it could come equipped with the same 30kWh and 40.5kWh battery packs as the Tata Nexon EV MR and LR respectively. The outgoing Nexon EV facelift offers around 325 km and 465 km range in its MR and LR variants, respectively. However, it has been reported that the Curvv EV will be offering around a 500 km range on a single full charge.
Apart from the EV drivetrain, the Tata Curvv EV will also come equipped with the Nexon’s 1.5-liter turbocharged, 4-cylinder diesel engine. This engine generates 115 PS and 260 Nm of peak torque. Some reports have also suggested that the Curvv could also get Tata’s earlier showcased new 1.5-litre Turbo petrol engine as well. This engine would be able to produce around 168 bhp and 280 Nm of torque.
