As most of you know, today is a special day for Samsung fans. The company will announce its new flagships later today. The Galaxy S23 family will arrive, and you can watch Samsung announce those devices live.

Samsung will announce the Galaxy S23 series today, and you can watch it happen live

First and foremost, let’s just say that the event is taking place in San Francisco, and it will start at 10 AM PST / 1 PM ET / 7 PM CET / 6 PM BST. If you’d like to keep up with what’s going on live, you can do that.

Samsung will stream what’s going on during the event via the link below. That stream will kick off at the same time the event starts, of course, so tune in later today if you’re interested.

The Galaxy S23 series is in focus, but more devices will launch

The main focus of this event will be on the Galaxy S23 series, of course. Those are not the only devices Samsung will announce, however. Not at all. The Galaxy Book 3 series is also coming with Windows 11 out of the box.

Now, in regards to the Galaxy S23, three devices are expected. The vanilla Galaxy S23 will be accompanied by the Galaxy S23+, and the Galaxy S23 Ultra. The latter model will be the most powerful one, of course.

A special version of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 will fuel all three phones. That is likely the same chip as all the rest, but with higher clock speeds. We’ll see once everything gets announced, however.

The ‘Ultra’ model is the only one that will include an S Pen

The Galaxy S23 Ultra will differentiate from the other two phones in the design department. It will look very similar to its predecessor, and it will also include an S Pen stylus on the inside.

That model will feature Samsung’s new 200MP camera sensor, unlike the other two models. All three devices are expected to offer IP68 certification, and ship with Android 13 out of the box, with Samsung’s skin on top.

You can check out our preview for more information, as we’re waiting for the launch event to start.
