YouTuber customises Mahindra Scorpio N for India to London road trip

In the last couple of years, we have come across several videos from India where people have started going on international road trips. People have been traveling to neighboring countries like Nepal and Bhutan, and others have driven all the way from the USA to India. One of the recent videos that have surfaced online is of a YouTuber who has started a road trip from India to London. The YouTuber is using his Mahindra Scorpio N SUV to complete this road trip and has customized it for the journey.

The video has been uploaded by Indian backpackers on their YouTube channel. In this video, the vlogger shows all the changes that he has made to his SUV to make it suitable for his road trip. He, along with his friend who is accompanying him on this trip, designed a wrap and wanted it on their Scorpio N. The SUV was completely wrapped in a matte finish, and above the wrap was the print that showed the route map.

When the video starts, the vlogger, along with his friends, was traveling from Gurugram to Delhi to pick up their SUV from the garage. The SUV was given to them for wrapping, and the owner was completely satisfied with the overall finish. He really liked the finished product and took the car home. The next day, he had arranged an event for his friends and family where he was officially unveiling the car. The SUV had been completely wrapped in a route map, and the matte finish wrap was giving it a different look.

He had also invited another person who had done the Delhi to London road trip in a Toyota Fortuner. The vlogger was actually inspired by him, and it was only because of that he could think of a trip like this and know about the expenses. A news channel also visited the event to feature him for a bulletin. Other than the wrap, the vlogger has also opted for thicker wheels which would help him during the road trip. This is a sponsored trip, and he is waiting for the sponsor’s stickers to come as well. On this trip, the vlogger plans to travel through 23 countries and cover over 20,000 km in over 105 days.

His friends and family were all happy to see the SUV with all the customization, but the vlogger himself was not very satisfied. He, along with his partner in the trip, can be heard saying at the end about removing the wrap and wrapping the car again. The reason for this is not mentioned; however, we assume that there were some imperfections in the current one or the vlogger wanted additional information on the wrap.

The waiting period for this SUV is as long as 2 years (depending on the variant). It is an all-new SUV based on a new platform. The SUV comes with features like front and rear parking cameras & sensors, electric sunroof, leathrette upholstery, dual-zone climate control, touchscreen infotainment system, and so on. The SUV is available with petrol and diesel engine options, and the diesel engine option comes with 4×4 options too.
