The Termignoni silencer, spoked wheels, and Ducati Quick Shift are essential accessories that improve both aesthetics and functionality.

Italian motorcycle manufacturing company Ducati introduced a new line of Scramblers to the Indian market in September 2023.

In India, the manufacturer sells second-generation Icon, Throttle, and Nightshift.

Ducati has announced a new line of Scrambler accessories recently. Customers can have these new accessories installed on their Scrambler motorcycles by visiting a nearby dealership, as reported by HT Auto.

Here’s a quick rundown of the accessories Ducati has introduced.

  • Termignoni street-legal silencer: The first and most important accessory for most people will be a new exhaust system. Ducati has launched a street-legal silencer called the Termignoni. It comes with a black-painted sleeve and a carbon fibre end cap. The silencer should improve not only the exhaust note but also the overall design of the motorcycle.
  • Ducati Quick Shift: The manufacturer refers to the quick-shifter as Ducati Quick Shift. It is included as standard with the Full Throttle version. However, customers can choose it because it allows them to shift up and down gears without using the clutch or closing the throttle.
  • Spoked wheels: Even though the motorcycles are scramblers, they come with factory alloy wheels. This is due to the benefit of tubeless tyres. However, a few people still prefer the spoked rims’ old-school appearance and the versatility they provide. As a result, Ducati offers spoked rims made of aluminium as an optional accessory. The dimensions are identical to those of the alloy wheels, so the customer does not need to purchase new tyres. Instead, he or she can just use the motorcycle’s current tyres.
  • Turn-by-turn navigation software: The Ducati Multimedia System also includes a new turn-by-turn navigation feature. It can be connected using the Ducati Link App, and the customer can then receive navigation directions directly on the screen.
  • Ducati aluminium kit by Rizoma: Ducati has partnered with Rizoma to provide finely machined aluminium components for the Scrambler motorcycles. The package includes a CNC machined fuel cap, handlebar counterweights, handlebar levers, and footrests.

Other accessories are also available, like billet aluminum-made LED turn indicators. A large speed breaker or off-roading can help shield the engine’s lower section with the help of an aluminium under-pan protective plate. Add-ons from Ducati include high-license plate holders and rear-view mirrors.

The accessories list for 2024 emphasises lightness, functionality, and a deep appreciation for the Scrambler’s legacy. Every accessory is designed with the rider in mind, from the high licence plate holder that adds a bold touch to the back to the protective under-pan that shields the engine from debris.
