Force Citiline 10-seater MUV launched in India at Rs 15.39 lakh

Pune-based Indian automobile manufacturer, Force Motors, has launched a 10-seater MUV named Force Citiline in the market. The vehicle is based on the Force Trax Cruiser MUV and has started reaching dealerships across the country. The Citiline is priced at Rs. 15.39 lakh, ex-showroom. In the video, the vlogger provides a detailed walkaround view of the new Citiline MUV from Force Motors. The first thing noticeable about this new MUV is its very familiar-looking design. The front-end of the MUV is similar to other products from Force, such as the Trax. It is a boxy-looking MUV with a utilitarian design. The front grille on this MUV is rectangular shaped and comes with jewel inserts, making it look slightly upmarket.

The headlamps are all halogen with a square design, similar to what we have seen on the Trax Cruiser. As we move to the side, we see the length of this MUV. Force Citiline is 5.1 metres long and has four rows of front-facing seats. It looks huge, and the MUV runs on 15-inch steel rims. The body panels, headlights, tail lamps, tailgate, all have similarities with other Force products. After giving a quick view of the exterior, the vlogger shows what the interior looks like by opening the tailgate. With all four row seats up, there is literally no boot space left. The last-row bench seats can be folded to make space for luggage.

The video then shows the second-row seats, which are a bench type seat with a 60:40 split feature. The seats can be tumbled down to access the third and fourth row seats. The third-row passengers get captain seats, making accessing the last row easier. The last two rows have USB charging ports, and the second-row passengers get power window buttons on the door with bottle holders. There is a 12V socket for second-row passengers.

Coming to the driver’s seat, the door does not have any options or buttons. The ORVMs get manual adjustments. There is a provision for a music system on the dashboard. The seats use fabric material, and the instrument cluster is analog, with a blue-colored MID in the center. The steering wheel looks quite large and does not come with any type of adjustment. The driver’s seat can be adjusted to suit the driver’s height, and the buttons to control all four power windows are placed on the center console.

The car comes with hard plastics on all the panels. The MUV comes with a 5-speed manual gearbox. The dashboard design and the steering look similar to what we have seen in the Gurkha. The MUV is powered by the same 2.5-liter turbocharged diesel engine as Gurkha. It generates 90 Bhp and 250 Nm of peak torque, and the engine sends power to the rear wheels. In many Indian states, the Citiline cannot be registered as a private vehicle.
