Harley-Davidson has finally revealed the prices of its most affordable motorcycle in India, the X440 roadster. Prices start from Rs. 2.29 lakh. The all-new Harley-Davidson X440 will be available in three variants: Denim, Vivid, and S, with the following prices:

  • Denim: Rs 2.29 lakh
  • Vivid: Rs 2.49 lakh
  • S: Rs 2.69 lakh

The base-spec Harley-Davidson X440 Vivid variant, which features a Mustard Yellow paint job, comes with spoke wheels and tube-type tyres. The mid-spec Denim variant offers two color options, Metallic Thick Red and Metallic Dark Silver, and includes alloy wheels and tubeless tyres. All variants of the Harley-Davidson X440 are equipped with rounded LED headlamps with daytime running LED, rounded rectangular LED tail lamps, a USB charging port, and a full-TFT instrument console. The motorcycle is powered by an air/oil-cooled, single-cylinder, 440cc engine developed in-house by Hero MotoCorp, producing a maximum power output of 27 bhp @ 6,000 rpm and maximum torque output of 38 Nm @ 4,000 rpm. It is paired with a 6-speed transmission.

In terms of suspension, the X440 features 43mm upside-down telescopic forks at the front and twin hydraulic shock absorbers at the rear. The braking system consists of a 320mm disc at the front and a 240mm disc at the rear, with dual-channel ABS as standard. With a kerb weight of 190.5 kg, the X440 sits on a trellis frame and offers a ground clearance of 170mm. The front and rear tyres are sized at 100/90-18 and 140/70-17, respectively.
