We might be getting a lot of new Star Wars this year, but when it comes to new Star Wars toys, Hasbro is playing things close to the vest so far for 2024. The toy company kicked off its first livestream from the galaxy far, far away today with a series of reveals that focused less on the new, and more on the familiar.

That’s not to say there weren’t some highlights among the familiar re-releases and repaints, however. In the 6″ Black Series line, celebrating the 25th anniversary of Phantom Menace, Hasbro showed off its first ever Destroyer Droid for the line, a new deluxe release that can, of course, roll into its traversal form and become a fun and convenient bowling ball for your action figure shelf. Ahsoka fans also got good and bad news: a new Thrawn inspired by Lars Mikkelsen’s appearance in the series is on the way! But it’s not due until spring 2025.

In the smaller-scale Vintage Collection series, fans of Star Wars Rebels are getting a treat in the form of a new two-pack of Sabine Wren and Chopper, inspired by the fourth season of the animated series. It will feature special packaging inspired by the figures of Kanan, Hera, Ezra, and Zeb included in the successfully crowdfunded HasLab Ghost project from last year, and although it’s intended to round out the team for collectors who backed the campaign, it’s being offered as a standalone purchase that will be available for a limited time pre-order to anyone who wants it, not just HasLab backers (which means, alas, it’s not included in the Ghost’s $500 price tag).

Click through to see pictures of all of today’s reveals, as well as the teased “pipeline” figures for both the Black Series and Vintage Collection expected to debut over the next year and beyond. Pre-orders for most of the revealed figures will begin tomorrow, January 24, at 1 p.m. ET on Hasbro Pulse and other select retailers—with the pre-order window for Sabine and Chopper specifically closing a few weeks later on February 14, at 11:59 p.m. ET.
