Honor is set to expand its smartphone portfolio with the launch of a new lineup. The Chinese smartphone maker recently teased the Magic 6 series during the Snapdragon Summit which was held last month in the US. Now, the company has confirmed the launch date of another upcoming smartphone lineup, the Honor 100 series. This smartphone series will include two models — the Honor 100 and Honor 100 Pro and will succeed last year’s Honor 90 lineup.

The company took to the Chinese social media platform Weibo to confirm the launch date of the Honor 100 series. Honor also shared a few pictures and a short promotional video to offer a glimpse of the upcoming smartphones. According to the Weibo post, the Honor 100 and Honor 100 Pro smartphones are set to be announced on November 23 in China. However, the company hasn’t revealed the availability details of the phones on its home turf. Honor also hasn’t shared any details about the smartphone lineup’s global availability.

Honor 100 series launch: What to expect
In the video, the company shows that both the Honor 100 and Honor 100 Pro smartphones will feature quad-curved displays like its predecessor and bigger camera modules. However, the upcoming smartphones will have two front-facing cameras compared to the single camera in the previous models.

According to a report by Notebookcheck, the Honor 100 Pro will feature an ultra-wide-angle front-facing camera just like its predecessor. Moreover, the Honor 100 Pro will also have an additional rear-facing camera which won’t be available in the vanilla model.
