Follow these steps

Open the Pokémon GO app.

In the Map view, tap the Main Menu button.
3.
At the top right, tap the Settings button.
4.
Tap Connected Devices and Services.
5.
Press the button on the Pokémon GO Plus to make the accessory discoverable.
6.
Tap your Pokémon GO Plus on the Available Devices list. It will vibrate when connected.
In case your phone is unable to connect to your Pokémon GO Plus, you may need to pair using your phone’s Bluetooth settings.
