iQOO 10

Vivo’s sub-brand iQoo is expected to launch two new smartphones under the iQoo 11 series – the iQoo 11 and the iQoo 11 Pro – in China by the end of this year. But these upcoming phones are rumoured to arrive in India with a different name. The iQoo 11 series is likely to be called iQoo 10 in India and the devices for the Indian and Chinese markets also have different model numbers. According to a report by GizmoChina, the base model of the series has appeared on the IMEI database with the name iQoo 10. The upcoming smartphone series may arrive in India in 2023.

iQoo 10 will succeed last year’s iQoo 9 series of smartphones. The iQoo 9 series initially included three models – iQoo 9, iQoo 9 SE, and iQoo 9 Pro. Later, the Chinese smartphone maker added another model called iQoo 9T which gets the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 chipset under the hood. In this case, the company rebranded the Chinese version of iQoo 10 and shipped it to India as iQoo 9T.

iQoo 10 (Indian version) expected specifications
As per the report, iQoo 10 is expected to sport a 6.78-inch AMOLED E6 Full HD+ display that will support a 144Hz refresh rate. The upcoming smartphone is likely to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, which could be paired with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of internal storage.

The iQoo 10 handset may feature a triple rear camera setup which might include a 50MP main sensor, a 13MP ultra-wide angle shooter and a 12MP telephoto camera. For selfies and video calls, the device may house a 16MP front shooter.

The upcoming smartphone is likely to pack a 5,000mAh battery unit that may come with support for 120W fast charging. iQoo 10 is expected to run the OriginOS UI based on Android 13.
