Boots and Hearts has unveiled its final lineup with Matchbox Twenty joining the multi-day country music and camping festival.

Matchbox Twenty join previously announced headliners Cody Johnson (Friday, Aug. 9), Thomas Rhett (Saturday, Aug. 10, Matchbox Twenty plays right before Rhett) and Jason Aldean (Sunday, Aug. 11) at Burl’s Creek in Oro-Medonte, which is about 90 minutes north of Toronto.

It’s Matchbox Twenty’s only scheduled Canadian date in 2024.
”Continuing with the tradition of creating a unique experience for our fans, we are ecstatic to welcome legendary rock band Matchbox Twenty to our stage,” said Brooke Dunford, director of Talent Buying & Business Development, in a statement.
“We always strive to curate a lineup that delivers electric energy for both fans and artists, and we’re confident this year’s lineup will do exactly that.”

Single day tickets for the Aug. 8-11 fest will be available for sale on Friday, Feb. 16 at bootsandhearts.com (see for the festival’s complete lineup in addition to tent and RV camping passes and full weekend admission passes that are already available).
In other concert news:
— Neil Young and Crazy Horse will play Budweiser Stage in Toronto on May 20 with tickets on sale Friday at livenation.com with a pre-sale at Neil Young Archives as of Tuesday. Those who buy tickets can also opt to get a copy of the new Neil Young and Crazy Horse album, FU###IN’ UP, at no extra cost. The album comes out in a limited edition color vinyl pressing on Record Store Day, April 20, with the wider release on April 26.
— Woodstock legend Carlos Santana will tour with Counting Crows this summer including a June 26 date at Budweiser Stage, their only scheduled Canadian stop. Tickets are on sale Friday at livenation.com with the pre-sale starting Wednesday.
