0 24

The OnePlus 12R has surfaced a ton of times thus far, though it was mostly in the OnePlus Ace 3 form. Those two phones do look the same, and we just got yet another confirmation of that. A well-known tipster has shared the official black and blue OnePlus 12R renders. These images come from Roland Quandt.

The OnePlus 12R leaked from all angles in official renders

You can see the images below, split between two categories. Both colors are shown from all sides here. There’s really nothing to surprise us anymore design-wise, everything is laid out here.

Black variant renders:

Blue variant renders:

The tipster notes this is the EU model of the phone, though it doesn’t really make much difference, as the same variants will likely be available elsewhere. The phone does resemble the OnePlus 12 quite a bit.

You’re getting a curved screen on the front, with a centered display camera hole. The bezels are quite thin here. You’ll notice the physical buttons on the right, and an alert slider on the left.

Three cameras sit on the back, and the phone will launch on January 23

On the back, three cameras sit inside a circular camera island, which is connected to the frame via a piece of metal. There are four cutouts inside of that camera island, but only three cameras. The backplate on this phone is curved towards the sides.

This smartphone will become official on January 23. It is coming to the US, Europe, and India. The phone will feature a 6.78-inch 2780 x 1264 LTPO AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. That display will also be quite bright.

The Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 will fuel the OnePlus 12R. RAM and storage variants will be a bit different compared to the OnePlus Ace 3. The OnePlus 12R will start at 8GB of RAM, and the other model will include 16GB of RAM.

A 5,500mAh battery will power the phone, and you’ll also get 100W charging with the included charger. A 50-megapixel main camera (Sony’s IMX890 sensor) will be backed by an 8-megapixel ultrawide camera and a 2-megapixel macro shooter.
