OnePlus 12 may come with Periscope lens
According to the latest leak by OneLeaks and SmartPrix, the OnePlus 12 may feature a periscope zoom camera. If this is true, then the OnePlus 12 will be the first smartphone of the company to sport a periscope lens. The leak also suggests that the smartphone may come with the same design as the OnePlus 11. The main and ultrawide angle cameras are placed on the top while the periscope lens is tipped to be placed at the bottom. The camera on the OnePlus 12 is said to be tuned by Hasselblad.

According to the leaked information, the flagship smartphone from OnePlus, the OnePlus 12, is rumored to be powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. Additionally, the OnePlus 12 is expected to feature a triple rear camera system developed in collaboration with Hasselblad. The rear camera setup is speculated to include a 50MP main camera, a 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 64MP periscope camera. The periscope camera technology enhances the zoom capabilities of the smartphone, similar to how Google Pixel phones achieve up to 5x optical zoom and Samsung Ultra devices utilise it for their 10x telephoto lens.
