Samsung Galaxy M14 5G comes with a larger 6.6-inch FHD+ Infinity-V LCD screen with a 90Hz refresh rate, whereas the Galaxy M13 5G comes with a tad smaller 6.5-inch HD+ Infinity-V LCD screen with the same 90Hz refresh rate.

The Galaxy M14 5G is powered by an octa-core Exynos 1330 5nm processor with Mali-G68 MP2 GPU, while the Galaxy M13 5G features an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 700 7nm processor with Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. The Galaxy M14 5G comes with 4GB or 6GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 128GB of storage, which can be expanded up to 1TB using a microSD card.
The Galaxy M14 5G comes with a larger 6000mAh battery with support for 25W fast charging, while the Galaxy M13 5G comes with a 5000mAh battery with 15W fast charging.
Both phones support 5G connectivity and Dual 4G VoLTE. However, the Galaxy M14 5G supports more 5G bands, with support for 13 5G bands.
