Federal officials have cited Amazon for unsafe working conditions and ergonomic hazards at three warehouses, including the company’s Aurora site. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration issued citations to Amazon connected to the Aurora warehouse along with worksites in Nampa, Idaho; and Castleton, N.Y.; for “failing to keep workers safe,” according to a Wednesday U.S. Department of Labor new release. Twitter admits it’s breaking third-party apps, cites ‘long-standing API rules’

Virginia police cites hiring error in California ‘catfishing’ deaths

Crypto lender BlockFi files for bankruptcy, cites FTX exposure

Cryptocurrency lender BlockFi has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection, it said, the latest industry casualty after the firm was hurt by exposure to the spectacular collapse of the FTX exchange earlier this month. AMD Downgrades Q3 Revenue by $1.1 Billion, Cites Weak PC Market
