Amazon is cutting more jobs than it had previously planned, CEO Andy Jassy has admitted in a blog post. Solid Power Inc said it will offer some intellectual property rights related to its solid-state batteries to BMW and allow production of the battery cells at the automaker's facilities in Germany. Apple is introducing a trio of security measures that include Advanced Data Protection, an optional feature that applies end-to-end encryption to more iCloud data.
